Fantastic time at Rixy kids club

My son had a fantastic time at Rixy Kids Club for a week. The staff were so cheerful and attentive that my son looked forward to going to kids club every day. It's a great place for families; your child is safe and happy, The entire hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. We left with wonderful memories after our one-week vacation. Thank you to everyone.

Great resort for a family holiday

Rixos Premium Seagate is a great resort with a huge range of activities for families and couples. As far as the restaurants are concerned, Rixos offers a very large selection. From the culinary variety, "La Churrascaria" was our first choice. Excellent meat from the Barbecue and the chefs excel in terms of hospitality. Special thanks to Pedro (head chef) and his entire team! The only unpleasant point is the booking system for restaurants. the system does not work and reservations with "guest relations" are very complicated. If you have to explain every time why (or what step) in the booking system doesn't work, it gets annoying at some point. Furthermore it would make sense to offer at least two time slots in a restaurant: an earlier one for families with children and a later one for couples or individuals. "Guest relations" was not open to suggestions. Due to the non-functioning booking system, we were unfortunately unable to visit several restaurants. The rooms within view of the "Entertainment Centre" or "Club R" are not suitable for families. There is loud music and dancing late into the night. A special praise to Antonious from the Bar Staff (Ixir Vitamin Bar and Tirana Beach Bar) and Fayd from "Turquoise" restaurant staff for the cordial interaction with my child and for their great hospitality. Also Abdallah from Housekeeping (Room @20116) did an outstanding job, thank you very much for your service. Last but not least my heartfelt "thank you" to Hassan and Yousef from the Lifeguard Team (Pool area and Jetty). You do a very important job and keep the guests safe at all time!

Excellent Veranda restaurant, very good food, cleanliness, well trained staff, helpful and always around to help. Mohamed, Mustafa and the chef great! The whole location is beyond expectations, even if they accept children, everything is well organized and not disturbing

Excellent Hotel for first holiday to Sharm, would return.

An amazing hotel, spotlessly clean in beautiful amazing grounds and gardens. Just THE BEST staff, so polite and helpful - Beshoy, Tarek, Faired, Mostok, Saied and Yousef. Reception and Concierge could do better!!! Didn’t know we would be there for MAYFEST, but did enjoy it. Two rooms in Block 14, maybe the rooms could do with an upgrade but great location. Very warm shallow waters, so beach shoes essential, and actually swimming can only be done further out near to the Reef. Loved the entertainment and the X Lounge. The restaurants we tried were lovely - Tourquoise was very busy and noisy for breakfast and lunch, but an amazing choice of food, and a snack with children at lunch time was far better at the Food Court. Mengal BBQ was so lovely beachside - very special. Plenty of water and soft drinks available everywhere, and the pale pink prosecco suited me rather well. Mini fridge in room stocked with snacks and soft drinks. Would be quite nice to have a Gin Bar (very popular in UK and Europe) maybe by the X Lounge. Jungle Gym - turn it into a children’s version, the adults have a gym on the grass beachside. Didn’t realise Sharm Airport was shambolic and takes -3.1/2 hours to check in so take some water with you and a pen to fill in departure documentation. Would definitely return, wish we had had the opportunity to view Premium Rooms and indeed maybe a tour of the Adult Hotel.

We stayed at rixos Seagate hotel Room 5128 room attendant and cleaner was Muhammad. He was so helpful he couldn't do. Enough for us. He done an outstanding job and the decorations that he left on the bed and the way he placed. Ah, shoes on a towel was amazing. Never seen this before.
